Who supplies the theatre tickets?
All tickets purchased from CheapLondonTheatreBreaks.com are supplied by Encore Tickets Limited. Will I know my seat numbers before confirming the booking?
Yes, seat numbers will be given at your time of booking.
What are the age restrictions for children?
Babies and Toddlers are not admitted into the theatre. Specific age limits may apply with differing productions but general guidelines recommend that children be aged 5 years and over. Children must be able to sit, unaided, in their own seat, and be attentive to the performance so as not to distract other paying members of the audience. Admittance to the auditorium shall always be at the discretion of the management.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets will either be posted to the UK billing address of the credit card or left at the Box Office for you to collect on the day of the performance (usually only available for half an hour before the performance starts). This will be confirmed at your time of booking.
What should I do if I have any special requests or Medical Problems?
If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please contact Encore Tickets directly on +44 (0) 207 432 4473 – Monday to Saturday from 10am-6pm before you confirm your booking. If Encore Tickets reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, they reserve the right to decline the reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when they become aware of these details.
Is there a dress code for West End Theatres?
There is no strict dress code for any of the theatres in London. Smart/Casual is fine, unless otherwise advised.
What time should I arrive at the theatre?
It is a good idea to arrive at the theatre at least half an hour before the start of the performance. There is a bar in most theatres so that you can wait in comfort.
What is a ‘matinee’ performance?
A matinee is the early afternoon performance, though a few theatres have a late matinee at around 5pm. Most theatres have a mid-week matinee and a Saturday matinee.
What if I am unable to use my tickets?
Tickets are sold on a no refund, no exchange basis, but if you are unable to use your tickets please contact Encore Tickets directly on +44 (0) 207 432 4473, as sometimes they may be able to resell them for you.
What are the terms and conditions of sale for my theatre ticket?
The following terms and conditions apply to the theatre ticket element of your package:
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
- LNO Ltd and Encore Tickets act as agents only and have no control over the event.
- Any complaints about the ticket holder’s ability to view the event shall be made to the Event Promoter/Venue promptly prior to, or after, the performance.
- The Event Promoter/Venue reserves the right to amend or make alteration to the published details of the event as shall become necessary, without being obliged to exchange monies or exchange tickets.
- Latecomers may be asked to await admission until a convenient break.
How many nights is the hotel stay for?
The number of nights can be selected when you are buying your theatre break. You are given the opportunity to specify the number of nights and the day you would like to see the show.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is always included, and the board basis will be confirmed at your time of booking.
Can I still check in if I arrive late at the hotel?
Although your booking is guaranteed, we recommend contacting the hotel and letting them know when to expect you to check in.
Why do I pay more for a single room?
Rates for single occupancy tend to reflect rates that accommodation providers consider competitive. They often do not relate to the price that 2 people would pay to share a room. Please note, particularly in the UK, that most hotels will allocate a single room with a single bed although some do allocate larger rooms for the same rate.
Where can I park my car?
If the hotel offers parking, this is detailed in the hotel description.
What is the congestion charge?
Congestion Charging applies between 7.00am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and is £8 per day. For more information on where to pay, visit http://www.cclondon.com/ .
